Product Feature: Albums | Fort Wayne Portrait Photographer

January 11, 2018

I was so excited when this product sample arrived, and I love the way it turned out! I am just as excited to feature this lovely hardcover album here on the blog today.

Your album comes in a sturdy box for storage and safekeeping. Inside, there’s even a little card that gives you a few tips for keeping your album in great condition over the years.

The album has a linen cover, and there are fifteen linen colors available to choose from. You also have the option to imprint the cover with up to three lines of text, like your name, school, and graduation date. The foil for text comes in eight different colors. My sample album features plum linen with silver foil stamped on the cover.

Inside, thick pages display your images on professional quality photographic paper. The pages are sturdy, so they won’t bend or tear as you show them off, and they lay flat to display gorgeous full-spread images without the interruption of a crease in the middle.

A standard album comes with ten pages, which gives you plenty of room to display all the images from your session. Or, you can choose just your favorites to display as full-page images, or as full-spread panoramas. The layout options are endless! I will work on your album individually to create page layouts that work best for the images you’ve selected. You get to preview and approve the design before I send it for printing.

For high school seniors, your album can serve as a guestbook at your graduation party. Not only will your guests get to see your gorgeous images, they can leave you a note of congratulations too. Your album can become a keepsake full of notes from family and friends, and it will last much longer than graduation cards that get recycled a week after the party! If you decide to use your album as a guestbook, I’ll make sure the design leaves blank spaces for signatures. I’ll even throw in a special photo marking pen for your guests to use.

My sample album is the 12” x 12” size, but I also offer a smaller one that is 10” x 10”. I am really excited to start offering these in my new product collections! These albums make great keepsakes for graduating high school seniors, or for families who want to keep all their portraits together in one place for easy viewing.

These albums will be included in my product collections... stay tuned for more information about what's new this year! In the meantime, contact me if you're looking for senior pictures this year, or if you're ready for updated family portraits and I will send you my client guide with all the information about my portrait sessions.

PS. Someday I'll have a better set-up for product photos. But until then, Tiberius is happy enough to share the couch.
